Overview

Casa Alvar is a luxury villa located in Cabo San Lucas at Quivira. This open-concept residence features five bedrooms and offers stunning ocean views. The property includes a large heated infinity pool, a hot tub, a chef’s kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. Guests have access to the surrounding Quivira Golf Course, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Resort, Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort, and Pueblo Bonito Rose at Medano Beach Resort.

The villa is just a 10-minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas, the Cabo Arches, Cabo San Lucas Marina, Cabo Wabo, Medano Beach, Lover’s and Divorce Beach, as well as the vibrant nightlife and restaurants of Cabo.

The Space

This 4,000 square foot villa offers an open-concept, elegantly designed indoor living and entertainment area. It also includes spacious covered and outdoor living spaces, a kitchen with a grill, and outdoor dining areas. The pool and sun terrace feature comfortable seating and chaise lounges. The infinity pool with spa overlooks the Pacific Ocean, the mountain range, and the Quivira Golf Course.

Each bedroom is generously sized for comfort and includes an ensuite bathroom, full amenities, LED televisions, and air conditioning. The living area is designed for relaxation, while the chef’s kitchen centers around a large granite island, perfect for gathering. Meals and entertaining are accommodated with a designer dining room set for 12, plus additional outdoor dining spaces.

The rental price includes up to 10 guests, with the villa able to accommodate up to 14 guests for an extra charge.
