The Space
Villa de las Rocas is a beachfront property with a full-board chef and cleaning team included in your stay. Before arrival, we will work with you to create a menu and complete the grocery shopping. You will reimburse us for the groceries upon arrival.

The central palapa, decorated with natural elements selected by the owner, is the heart of the villa. It provides an ideal setting for group dinners with views of the ocean and pool. The property also includes a half bathroom, washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen.
The open living area is suitable for morning yoga. Upstairs, a lounge with an oversized chaise and sofa offers a comfortable spot for whale watching during prime season from August through October.
Bedrooms
The villa has four ocean-view bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, hot showers, and parota wood closets. These rooms are located just steps from the pool and beach.
Two additional bedrooms are situated in the garden and include en suite bathrooms, making them ideal for guests seeking more privacy and quiet. The villa can accommodate up to 16 guests.
- Bedroom 6 is available only for groups of 15–16 guests.
- Rooms are opened according to the number of guests.
- Two guests per bed are expected. If you require additional rooms to be opened, please let us know before booking.

Pool and Outdoor Areas
The 16 × 9-meter pool includes shallow sections for children and lounge chairs for relaxing. The open-air palapa design creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Additional Guest Fee

AMAZING staff and the home is incredible. The photos don't capture how wonderful the space is. The kitchen crew was amazing, food was delicious and the cleanliness was top tier. Hotel quality accommodations with the comfort of being in a resort home. Two suggestions (that have noting to do with the home per se) 1. highly recommended to rent a car, cabs can be tough to pin down and the city is a good 20+ minutes away 2. we didn't get to swim in the ocean on account of the tides so check weather conditions beforehand if that is important to you. In truth, it just gives us a reason to go back.

This listing was AMAZING! It was so beautiful and had lots of space to accommodate big groups. We had 16 people in our party and we still had plenty of space through out the house. The views were breathtaking. The house staff was incredible the food was sooooo good & authentic! The whole experience was awesome!

We had a lovely stay. The staff was extremely helpful and gracious. Senora Eliza’s food was excellent. My only note is that the place is build in such a way that bugs will get into your rooms, doors aren’t flush to the floor, etc. It’s tropical environment so just prepare yourself for a lot of bugs, they took over one over the bedrooms and someone had to move. If you son’t have a care you rely on a $70 driver to go one way. 25 minutes to town. You cannot swim, the waves /undertow are very dangerous- but that’s fine you have a tremendous pool in the spacious yard. There are lots of places for folks to hide away quietly to read or nap. Overall, it was relaxing and so easy to simply enjoy the sounds of the waves day in and day out. Absolutely worth the value.
