The Space

Designed for both privacy and group gatherings, the home features king and queen bedrooms across three floors, plus a fourth bedroom with two single beds. Two rooftop patios showcase sweeping views of the city and surrounding valley. A private garage lets you leave your car behind while exploring town on foot.
Built in February 2023, this contemporary retreat includes windows on three sides and a south-facing interior courtyard. The furnished rooftops are ideal for morning yoga, sunset drinks, or stargazing above the colonial rooftops. Air-conditioned bedrooms and common areas provide a comfortable place to cool down after walking the cobblestone streets.

Guests have full and exclusive use of the home during their stay.
HOLT’s housekeeping staff has access to the property and may be on-site during daytime hours on most days of the week to maintain a high standard of service. In an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Scheduled maintenance may also be required during the week. Staff will visit the home at a specific date and time to complete necessary work. You will receive advance notice of these visits. Required maintenance cannot be rescheduled or canceled, as it helps maintain the home to the standard provided.

Damage Coverage
Choose one of the following options:
- Security deposit: $500 USD, fully refundable. The amount is held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay once the team confirms that everything is in order.
- Damage waiver: $53.50 USD, non-refundable. This covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear. House rule violations are excluded.
Pre-Arrival Requirements
To receive your HOLT Boarding Pass with check-in instructions and property information, you must provide:
- A signed HOLT rental agreement
- A valid government-issued identification document
Pets
Pets are welcome with advance notice. A $50 USD sanitation fee applies per pet. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 USD fee.
Security Camera
One exterior CCTV camera is located at the entrance. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. All footage is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Receipts and Invoices
Airbnb receipts are provided only in the name of the booking guest. HOLT cannot issue invoices or receipts to third parties or companies. The official Airbnb payment receipt can be downloaded directly from your Airbnb account.

An excellent option to stay in San Miguel. The house is very spacious, very well located and in a quiet area, but at the same time within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The common areas and terraces are very well designed for enjoyment and socializing, especially if you are traveling as a family, as was our case. We would definitely come back.

It is a very comfortable house, ideal for going as a family and enjoying the terrace and its proximity to the main garden. You just have to consider that the house is on one of the narrowest and steepest streets in San Miguel, which makes access by vehicle a bit tedious, especially if, as was my case, it rains. The house has private parking for one van, and in my case, if you bring a second van, parking is a problem. There is a possibility of parking in front of the house, but only if it is unoccupied. Otherwise, you have to pay for private parking or find a place nearby. This becomes complicated when it comes to unloading luggage, because in addition, there is still traffic on the streets, vehicles, and you slow down the traffic a bit while you unload your luggage. Once you find parking and unload your bags, the stay is really very comfortable, and it has everything you could possibly need. I loved it!!

This rental was in a good location. However, the first thing you were greeted with was a sign from the San Miguel authorities forbidding operation of the rental facility. The rental was obviously not managed properly. Upon entry to the living room an old fake Christmas tree greeted you ( We were already in March 2026!). Living plants were dead through lack of care. The floors were dirty with stains in all areas. The décor was entirely early "thrift store". The kitchen pots and pans were dented and grimy. The mattresses smelled . The sheets did not fit the beds and the pillows were rock hard. In a couple of rooms there was no place to put your clothes or place your suitcase except on the floor. When I contacted customer service I received a recitation of Holts rules! This place was not worth $500/ night and I would never rent another unit operated by HOLT.

The location of the Airbnb house is beautiful. It has heating and a spectacular panoramic view of the parish. It's a very nice and pleasant house. The service from the host team was excellent: they were always in communication, they were very friendly and helpful at all times. The only important thing to consider is that the house is located in the upper part of the city, so for older people or older adults it can be a bit challenging due to the steep streets and slopes. This is relevant information to consider before booking. Other than that, the house is really very nice and recommended.

Beautiful place. Very walkable to the main areas to eat, drink and shop, we love Hanks for happy hour. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. There are three floors, everyone had their own floor and all the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We had our Thanksgiving here, there were 10 of us eating, plenty of room for all of us. No complaints. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Beautiful home, great amenities, spacious, and amazing patio with a view. Only complaint is that it is on a super steep hill haha we had our older parents and baby with us and it was difficult for them to get up to the airb&b. Besides that, the home is amazing!
