Guest Access
Guests can enjoy several shared pools throughout the Cosmo Property, including the luxurious Peninsula infinity pool with expansive views. There are no private pools available.
The Mountain Pool, located in front of the condo, is rarely occupied. Guests may also use the owner-provided golf cart exclusively within the Cosmo Property.
An owner’s bodega is available for surfboard and gear storage, so guests do not have to carry everything up to the unit.
Location
Arrocito Beach is approximately a five-minute walk from the condo. Guests can also stroll or use the golf cart to reach the Peninsula infinity pool.
Cooling and Electricity Usage
The condo has central cooling, and usage is monitored. Guests receive an allotted amount of electricity based on the number of nights they stay. If usage exceeds that allowance, an additional charge per kilowatt-hour will apply.
Guests who use the air conditioning only at night will likely remain within the allotted amount. Those who run it throughout the day and night will exceed the allowance.

Beautiful, very spacious, elevator needs to get fix, but the golf cart was definitely a plus 100% very quite place,love it, plus few minutes to walk to arrocito beach can't beat that, definitely recommend to friends. Thank you Aviel.

At first, I wasn't very convinced because of how far it is from the center, but honestly, I was amazed by the privacy it offers due to its remoteness, as it's a relaxing area. Everything was great, 10 out of 10. Congratulations to Aviel and his entire team. An excellent place, I highly recommend it.

This place is very nice. Very cozy. Everything works well, the amenities are very clean and nice. I would definitely come back. You don't even want to leave the complex hahaha it's so comfortable.
