The Space
Villa 1405 is located at Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort on world-class West Bay Beach, part of the second-largest barrier reef in the world. The resort stretches across three-quarters of a mile of natural white-sand beach and crystal-clear turquoise water, with excellent diving and snorkeling directly in front of the property.

Additional Fees and Policies
As of July 18, 2026, due to Airbnb’s billing changes, the following charges must be paid directly by the renter to Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort at check-in:
- Resort community fee: $50 per night
- Honduran taxes: 19% of the nightly fee
- Final cleaning fee: $60
The resort will make the villa’s washer and dryer available for $70 per week, paid directly to the owner.
Important Notes
- Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
- Posted rates, dates, and minimum-night requirements do not apply during Easter week, Fishing Tournament week in September, Christmas week, or New Year’s week.

Beverly was so helpful and sweet. She was able to get us in after we had an issue at another hotel. She had to have had a cancellation because I can’t imagine this place not being booked every single day of the year. This place looks even better in person! Her decor is very tastefully done and the space was so perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy our vacation. It was so clean and welcoming that it made me want to own a condo there! You will not be disappointed if you book this condo. It is just awesome!

We had a fantastic time in Roatan staying at Beverly’s place at Infinity Bay! The location is incredible with West Bay beach just steps away and two gorgeous pools with swim up/walk-up bars poolside. The condo is spacious, very clean and well-maintained with plenty of space for our family of 5. The staff comes daily to clean, make beds and replenish bath towels, and we also appreciated paying a small extra fee for access to the brand new laundry facilities in the unit. The on site restaurant is very good (highly recommend the seafood platter!), but also there are a wide variety of great restaurants that we could walk to within minutes along West Bay beach. We enjoyed using the complimentary kayaks, which are conveniently available at the kiosk on the beach, and some of the best snorkeling on the island can be done right from the beach at Infinity Bay. This is our second time staying at Beverly’s place, and we highly recommend it!

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at Infinity Bay Resort at West Bay, and I have to say that Beverly's place was the nicest of all. The location was perfect, close to the action, but far enough for peace and quiet when desired. Her condo had everything we needed. The check in was super easy and the staff at the resort were so helpful and nice. We had a great time, and I highly recommend Beverly's place to anyone planning on a stay at Infinity Bay Rest on Roatan!

Great place to stay. Amazing location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and water taxis. You could take advantage of all inclusive if you wanted but really no need. Little shops nearby to buy groceries and liquor and a wide variety of restaurants. 2 minute walk to amazing snorkeling. Fantastic place to stay.
