The Space

Villa 1405 is situated within the Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort, located on the renowned West Bay Beach, which is part of the second largest barrier reef in the world. The resort features three-quarters of a mile of pristine white sand beach and crystal-clear turquoise waters, offering excellent opportunities for diving and snorkeling right in front of the property.

This villa is positioned in the fifth building from the beach on the top (third) floor. Guests can access it via newly installed elevators or by climbing two easy flights of stairs. The unit includes two balconies overlooking the pool, providing a partial beach view that is slightly shaded by coconut trees.

The location is ideal—set mid-resort and far enough from the Palapa bar to avoid loud music disturbances. It is just a two-minute walk to the beach, and from there, only 50 feet to a vibrant coral reef. Nearby, you will find a variety of local eateries, fine dining options, bars, live music venues, mini grocery stores, and a lively atmosphere. Whether you want to explore island activities or relax by the pool, beach, or on the balcony with a book or a nap, this villa offers a perfect balance.
