The Space

Nestled in the prestigious Pedregal neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas, Villa Buena Vista combines elegant arched windows with a warm, inviting color palette. Perched on the hillside, the villa overlooks the city, bustling harbor, and Sea of Cortez.

Spend your days relaxing beside the beautifully tiled swimming pool or soaking in the spacious jacuzzi while enjoying the panoramic views. Inside, refined details include marble flooring and granite and marble countertops.

Each inviting bedroom has a private bathroom. The master suite also features a balcony terrace with breathtaking ocean views, providing an ideal setting for morning coffee or a quiet sunset.

Guest Access

Villa Buena Vista is a private home in a gated community. Guests have private access to the entire home, including the pool, except for the locked owner’s closet.

Important Information

• The minimum age for all guests is 25. This restriction does not apply to children traveling with their parents.
• Extra-person fees apply after the eighth guest.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Events, including weddings and bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and an event fee has been paid.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited at all times.
• In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. may result in a fine.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying any fines.

Occupancy and Booking Requirements

The total number of people allowed at the property at any time is limited to the contracted number of guests for the reservation. The renter must disclose the number of people in the group and provide the name of every group member. See the rental rules for additional terms.

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

By booking a reservation, you agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and accept all terms and conditions stated in the agreement.

A seven-night minimum stay applies over December 25 and January 1. If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.

Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, but we will do our best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.
