Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, pool, and outdoor areas within the gated community. The owner’s locked closet is off-limits.

Policies and Important Information

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior during these hours may result in fines.
• Extra guest fees apply for more than 8 guests.
• A signed Rental Agreement must be submitted within 24 hours of booking, agreeing to all terms and conditions.
• Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties require prior authorization and payment of an event fee.
• Occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified in the reservation. The renter must disclose all guests’ names and numbers.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise are prohibited at all times. Fines up to $3,000 may be imposed without warning, payable by guests.
• A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups require approval and an additional deposit.
