The Space
This modern beachfront house offers a private pool, comfortable lounge areas, and beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. With 13 rooms, each featuring air conditioning and a private bathroom, the property is well suited to families and large groups of up to 34 guests.
The spacious, fresh, and contemporary social areas provide direct access to the beach and include:
- Multiple lounge and gathering areas
- The option to arrange meals at the house
- An outdoor shower
- A bottle of drinking water
The entire house is available exclusively to guests.
Location
The house is located in a local fishermen’s neighborhood directly on the beach, surrounded by beach restaurants and other homes. Its setting offers an authentic Cartagena experience.
Guests can travel by taxi or Uber. Taxis are generally available within 20 minutes of the house.
Guest Access and Staff
The house is fully available to guests. Staff members are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist with:
- Transportation arrangements
- Meal planning
- Cleaning
- Local information
- Shopping
A couple lives on the property and is responsible for its maintenance.
Additional Guests
Any guests not included in the reservation must be registered in advance. An additional fee of 100,000 COP per person per day applies, regardless of whether the guest stays for one hour or the entire day.
Events and Parties
Events and parties require a separate price and contract in addition to the accommodation agreement. The event contract specifies the maximum number of guests.
Event Conditions
- An initial deposit is required.
- Additional payment on the event day is coordinated according to the type of event.
- The event fee may include:
- Setup and dismantling of tables
- Access for additional event staff
- Access for decorators
- Security and use of the parking area
- A visit may be arranged on the day before the event and reservation.
- Fireworks are not permitted.
- Drug use is not permitted.
- Agreed volume levels must be respected.
- The agreed maximum number of guests must not be exceeded.
- The client is responsible for cleaning after the event.
- Support from an event producer is available if needed.
These conditions apply in addition to the accommodation terms.

Everything is very good, the stay is excellent, the beds and the photos are as they are, the only thing is that the person who works there is not such a good person, everything else is perfect.

This home was beautiful and well accommodating for our group. We really enjoyed our stay. We used the chef and concierge service and the food was really good. Concierge service hounded me down for 35$ because there currency changed after paying what was asked of us. However, our group felt we really did not get what we paid for. If we needed something from the store we was over charged. The receipt were hand written Honesty is the way to my heart. With that being you would have gotten a great tip at departure just for being honest. Never hustle a hustler.

The place is beautiful, it met all my expectations, the cabin is perfect for large groups, communication with the hosts is timely and clear, the food is delicious and the service is very cordial and respectful... I recommend it and would return without thinking

Sara Camila Yonis and the entire team was freaking amazing Words can’t describe how attentive and prompt they were for any issues. Even months before the trip every inquiry was answered swiftly and quickly Shoutout to you guys for making us feel right at home As far as the place the pictures don’t do it justice!!! You guys need to get the roof going because the views up there are immaculate The neighborhood a little under developed but we felt very safe at the house. Would def stay here again it housed 23 people comfortably !!! With room to spare !
