The house accommodates 10 guests across four bedrooms. The lounge and primary bedroom are located on the second floor and feature impressive valley and mountain views. Additional amenities include:

Guest Access
Guests have access to all areas of the house.
Housekeeping
Housekeepers cost 90,000 Colombian pesos per day. One housekeeper is provided for groups of fewer than eight guests, and two are provided for larger groups.
Their duties include:
- Cleaning
- Cooking
- Tidying the bedrooms
- General household assistance
In Colombia, it is customary to share food with the housekeepers.
The cleaning fee charged through Airbnb and the housekeeper service fee are separate:
- The Airbnb cleaning fee covers preparing the house before arrival and cleaning after departure.
- The housekeeper service fee covers assistance during the stay and must be paid directly to the housekeepers before check-out.
Check-In and Check-Out
Depending on the booking calendar, check-in and check-out times may be flexible. However, when the house must be prepared for incoming guests, the check-out time is strictly enforced.
Late or unauthorized check-outs will be treated as an additional night and charged accordingly.

Everything was great, the space was very nice and very cozy, and the person assigned to assist us with housekeeping was amazing, friendly, sociable, and empathetic, always ready to help and available. Just one issue: there was no clear information from the start about the surcharge for an emotional support animal, which we were informed of later when we were already at the house, and that could have been a reason not to visit the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I have rented many properties in various locations, and I can confidently say that this house may be the best I have ever stayed in. Nice condominium, good security, and thorough daily cleaning. The house comes with everything guests need. Nicol, the person in charge of the house during our stay, is a special human being. She knows how to cook everything and always has a smile on her face. I recommend this house not only because it's beautiful, but also because it's comfortable and has a magical view. Juan Diego was our point of contact at TopSpot; he was very clear and always willing to address even the smallest concern or question. All that's left for me to do is say thank you for a great weekend.
