Guest Access

This is a private home within a gated community. Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the pool, except for the locked owner’s closet.

House Rules and Important Information

• The minimum age for all guests is 25. Children traveling with their parents are excluded from this requirement.
• Occupancy is limited to 8 adults and 1 child.
• The total number of guests allowed at any time is limited to the contracted occupancy for the reservation.
• The renter must disclose the number of people in the group and provide the name of every group member.
• Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. in a gated community may result in a fine.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning, and guests are responsible for paying them.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and the required event fee is paid.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.
• By booking a reservation, you agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and comply with all terms and conditions listed in it.

Children

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Holiday Minimum Stay

• A seven-night minimum stay applies when including December 25 or January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.

Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. Cabo Villas has no control over construction projects or schedules but will do its best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.
