The Space

Villa Ladrillo is a private 3,700 square foot villa located in Pedregal, a gated community in Cabo. This spacious home offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed and direct access to the pool. The third and fourth bedrooms each have separate entrances for added privacy. Additionally, there is a single rollaway bed available in the common area.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight adults and four children. Please contact us before booking if your group includes more than eight adults to discuss special arrangements.

This multi-level villa is just one mile from downtown Cabo, the marina, and the beach. It offers partial views of the Sea of Cortez at sunrise and the Pacific Ocean at sunset. Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the pool and outdoor spaces. The owner’s closet remains locked and off-limits.

Policies and Important Information

• Minimum guest age is 25 years, except for children traveling with parents.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 adults plus 1 child.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior during quiet hours may result in fines.
• No pets allowed unless pre-authorized.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
• Events such as weddings or bachelor/bachelorette parties require prior approval and payment of an event fee.
• The total number of guests must match the contracted reservation and all guests’ names must be disclosed.
• Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; the first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespect toward security personnel are prohibited and may incur fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for any fines.
• A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not allowed without prior approval and an additional deposit.

By booking, guests agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and comply with all terms and conditions.
