We are available throughout your stay. You can contact us through Airbnb or reach our manager, who will also assist with check-in and check-out.
Please note the following:
- Identification is required at check-in.
- Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted.
- Additional guests may be accepted with prior authorization and an extra charge per person, per night.
- One small pet is allowed with prior authorization and an additional charge of $30 per stay.
- Check-in begins after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-in after 5:00 p.m. is subject to an additional charge of $15.
- To keep the pool in optimal condition, the manager may enter the property for maintenance. If you prefer that the manager not enter during your stay, please let us know.
The house has a water cistern, allowing you to access water for several hours in the event of a power outage.
For short stays, 30 kilowatt-hours of electricity are included per night. Any usage above this amount is charged at $0.50 per additional kilowatt-hour. For long stays, electricity is charged according to the meter reading.

The stay was pleasant for the group. We had a good time within the parameters authorized by the owners. Suggestion: Check the operation of the hydropneumatic pump. The water pressure is too weak. It's difficult to have a good shower because the shower is low and requires maintenance. The house itself requires deep cleaning (painting, washing floors, checking the laundry room; there was a lot of odor and it spread to the terrace) and repair of some fans since the chains were damaged. From there, the rest of the house is habitable, but those areas require attention.

The house is very nice and in a very good location, but the pool was dirty and we couldn't use it. The bathrooms smelled bad; they hadn't been cleaned. The air conditioners weren't maintained; they didn't cool the room, and the filters were very dirty.

The house is very comfortable, even for large groups, with different living areas and in a very private and safe neighborhood. The pool is perfect for all ages. It's a very good size and very well designed. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning in excellent condition, making the best use of every possible corner. I would recommend this house to anyone and I will definitely keep it among my options for my next trips.
