wonderful place right in the heart of the city! the place is huge and the photos don't do it justice. the 24/7 reception was super helpful! we parked our car right outside of the building which made unpacking so much easier. every time our kids used the pool, they were the only ones there so it felt private! the washer unfortunately didn't work so if you're planning to use washer / dryer, please first verify with the host it's in the working condition. we loved everything about the place though, highly recommend!

Beautiful historical home , the best shower in Columbia, great view, a stunning apartment. Great kitchen and next to the pool for a morning swim, it was really a find, thank you for hosting us. One critic, we needed a washer, it was Sunday and we were disappointed when no one was able to help us, obviously there was staff and other washer in the building, no one was willing to help us even if we paid extra. Easy in and out, person at the reception tried to make us pay to hold on to our bags, as always in Columbia people are trying to scam you right and left. Thankfully the owner had confirm prior that it was for free. It’s not the owners’ fault but it’s really an issue in general in Columbia.

We had a nice stay at Casa Morales (Luis Manuel's property). It was spacious and well located. The rooms were comfortable and the staff at the property were helpful and friendly. They gave good advice and called a taxi for us when we needed to leave. The pool was also fun and a highlight for our two little kids. We were in it every afternoon and it provided a nice break from walking around in the heat. The main room facing the view of the port is very loud in the evenings. The party buses run every night until 10 or 11 pm, so every 15 minutes or so the room fills with loud music. The other rooms are shielded from this noise. If you are a light sleeper you should sleep in the rooms further back. Also the two bathrooms do not have walls that go all the way up to the ceiling, therefore they are less private. This is fine for a family but perhaps an issue for people wishing for more privacy. The kitchen is also detached and in a separate unit outside the main apartment.

The apartment is amazing, it feels like a movie. The pool is a big plus Since it has several open spaces, there were a lot of mosquitoes that bit us in the evening (even though we fumigated). Also the noise at night from the street is a bit loud but in tiredness, one forgets it and goes to sleep.

Lovely stay at a very classic Cartagena place. Kind staff and well located for activities in Getsemani. If you are planning to go to the Walled City a lot, check the status of the road construction - it was really disruptive. That is no fault of Luis Manuel! The place itself is great.

This apartment ranks as one of the top five AirBnBs we have ever stayed at. The apartment is gorgeous and unique. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the ACs all work great. The master bedroom does get loud at night, but the party buses stop running around 10ish and then it is quiet. You also can see the water from the master bedroom balcony, and there is great natural light in all the rooms. You are close enough to the walled city to easily walk there, and the neighborhood is great. The dryer didn't work, but our clothes dryed over night on a drying rack, so it wasn't a dealbreaker for us.

this is one of the coolest places I've stayed. the rooms, the plants, the colors, the art. the size! it's huge. the kids loved it especially to run around and get lost in. the bathtub is as big as a pool. and speaking of the pool, it was also lovely. the beds were very comfortable and the AC was a lifesaver. the only, and pretty major issue, was that the master bedroom is on a very loud street. every 30 seconds or so, the party buses come through blasting music. even with a strong pair of ear plugs, it was difficult to sleep. the other bedrooms are fine. so if you're ok with some noise, this is an amazing place.

Beautiful jaw-dropping huge apartment decorated in a Colonial style, but not for the light-sleepers. The rooms were large and comfortable, great beds and linen. Great view to the bay over a long terrace, big bathrooms, hot water showers, cute pool. The place is just gorgeous. HOWEVER, note that the noise from outside is very very loud, and in the weekends you won’t sleep till 1 am when the annoyingly loud party buses finally stop driving below the apartment. And if you’re a very light sleeper you will also hear the cars passing by all night.
