Located in La Veleta, one of Tulum’s most exclusive neighborhoods, Villa Tuuk offers a comfortable retreat for families and groups. The villa is 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown, with restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Guests can relax in the private pool and jacuzzi, use the fully equipped barbecue area, and enjoy spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Concierge service and cleaning are included.

On the day of arrival, you will receive everything needed for a smooth check-in. Whenever possible, a host will welcome you, show you around the villa, and share local recommendations.

House Rules
- No parties or events.
- Outside staff and visitors are not permitted on the property.
- The number of guests may not exceed the number listed on the reservation. The base rate covers up to 7 guests. From the eighth guest onward, an additional fee of $15 USD plus tax per person, per night, applies.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property. A $250 USD fee applies if smoking, vaping, or cigarette traces are found inside the villa.
Good to Know
- Mosquitoes: The villa is located in the Mayan jungle, so bringing insect repellent is recommended.
- Internet: The villa uses the best provider available in Tulum, but connectivity in the area can be unstable. Every effort will be made to resolve issues, although uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
- Electricity: Power is supplied by CFE, and outages may occur without notice. If an outage occurs, CFE will be contacted immediately, but the issue is beyond the property’s control.
Housekeeping
- Stays of 6 to 13 nights: Housekeeping every 3 days
- Stays of 14 nights or more: Housekeeping once a week
Additional cleaning is available upon request for an extra charge.
Lost and Found
Please check your belongings before checking out. Items left behind are kept for up to 3 months.
Shipping is not available. Items may be collected in person, or you may arrange a courier at your own expense. After 3 months, unclaimed items are donated or responsibly disposed of.

Our group of 11 fit comfortably in Rogelio's beautiful villa, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay! The home was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with a contemporary aesthetic that made it the perfect backdrop for all of our photos. A special thank you to Paulina, whose concierge service was exceptional. As the planner for our trip, having someone so attentive and responsive lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. She helped make everything feel effortless, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time together. This is the perfect home for large families or groups of friends looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay. The only suggestion we'd make is adding a full-length mirror and better vanity lighting for getting ready and doing makeup. Other than that, we have absolutely no complaints. We loved our stay and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Property is beautiful and very well maintained and in an excellent location with walkable distance to a nice walking street with beautiful restaurants and shops. Staff were very responsive and attentive to all needs and checkin and checkout process was effortless. thank you

The villa looked even better in reality than in the pictures. It is beautifully designed, finished with high-quality materials, and decorated with great taste and attention to detail. The location in La Veleta is perfect - a quiet neighborhood surrounded by excellent cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops, while still being close to everything Tulum has to offer. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, making our stay smooth and very enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for comfort, style, and a relaxed atmosphere in Tulum.

Few things were off when we arrived. Rogelio went beyond to fix the issues. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were not working. The kitchen was not stocked with basic items, making it difficult to cook meals for group of 9. During rain, water leaked in from windows. Hot water would get cold after 2 people taking showers. Rogelio was in frequent communication, and responsive. He offered to make up for issues. He collected laundry every day and returned. He offered us daily cleaning services. The cleaners did a phenomenal job. He offered us a complimentary private chef service. One small issue we faced as the oven kept switching on/off, the chef made lasagna in a glass dish in oven while he was serving us the entire tray shattered from the heat, hitting us. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. Overall, our group was taken care of despite the challenges we faced. We are thankful to Rogelio and to all the people who worked hard to ensure that our trip still turned out wonderful!
