Passamos dias incríveis no Colorado. O espaço tem tudo que vc precisa para ficar bem. Super tranquilo, ao som dos pássaros. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaremos.

Such a cute spot! I came to hacienda iguana with my family, I stayed in this studio and everyone else stayed in another Airbnb owned by Ryan down the street. We were very impressed by both homes! Well maintained, fully stocked and clean. The area is also BEAUTIFUL and it was so fun getting to golf cart to the beach and restaurants nearby. Already looking forward to booking another stay.

My husband an I had an amazing stay at Hacienda Iguana during Semana Santa. It was such a great find for such a busy holiday. The place was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and just what we were looking for. The host was also great very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The beach is gorgeous, and those sunsets are truly breathtaking—can’t recommend them enough! We played golf at what we consider the best course that we have played in Nicaragua. Overall, a fantastic spot for relaxation, epic beaches, and great golf vibes. Our host was super responsive and went above and beyond to make everything smooth.
