3BR House in Marina

Great place, both the unit and the overall property. Restaurant was good and priced right. It was generally easy to find chairs at the pool. Relatively short walk to the marina. Huge beach but you cannot swim in the ocean here, too much surf. Terrasol does not have any hot tubs which is a miss. Host was great, flexible and very responsive. Unit was stocked with kitchen basics, laundry supplies and bathroom soaps. Note that the beds are very firm.

If your looking for a beach front condo this is the place very good location everything is clean with a nice kitchen, i will definitely be back.

We were very pleased with our stay and enjoyed our first time in Cabo. We met Lorraine at the pool and she was super friendly and welcoming! Her condo that we rented was the perfect size for our group of 6 and provided everything we needed for our stay. Marisol, our Terrasol contact, was friendly and responsive. She helped set up our airport transportation and provided lots of recommendations for the area. Huge thank you to everyone! We will be back!

Lorraine’s place is a gem! The house was great! Just as pictures showed. The landscape is beautiful- Pool and ocean view is amazing! Our first morning there we were amazed with the whales- you could see and hear them! The pools were heated and never overly crowded. We felt very safe in the area, plenty of families- even met a few snowbirds. There is one restaurant/pool bar on the property open for breakfast and lunch (til 5p) and it was very good. We walked to the marina everyday for shopping and dining. The walk was not bad- a few steep hills but for my husband and I in our mid 40’s and our teens-it was nice. I didn’t know until check out that there appears to be a library/game room to check items out in the lobby. We didn’t use the fitness center as our walks to and all over the marina achieved our goal for vacation. Marisol was my person of contact and she was great. She checked on us at check in, gave local recommendations. Everyone is so friendly- definitely recommend! 10/10

Great location, beautiful place. Safe and secure.

All 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Sangria in Terrasol. The location was perfect with ocean views (watching the whales daily), great pools within a few steps and a short walk into Cabo San Lucas. The 3 bedroom unit was perfect for 6 of us, plenty of space. The outdoor area we used alot, the fire pit for evenings that comfortably sat all 6 of us was a bonus! We would all definitely return and look forward to it! Only complaint, which is minimal is that the fridge did not keep things very cold.

Lorraine’s place was wonderful and exactly as pictured. We hope to be back soon!!

We loved Lorraine’s place. We stayed with in-laws there and it was perfect because we both had space to ourselves and common spaces. Each of the master’s were equally great. It was walkable for my husband and I (were mid 40’s) but less so for them, mid 70’s just because of the hill up to the resort - they did it though! Tons of taxis avail e if you don’t want to walk. Not a huge menu or hours for the on site food/bar there but it got us by when we needed something easy and close. Beach (not swimmable) access, great space, in a quieter area. All made for a great combo.
