Other things to note House maids are mandatory and charge 100.000 pesos (U$ 26) per day in cash. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 8 people, and 2 if it is larger. They will pamper you, clean and cook. Let them surprise your tastes with a hearty typical Colombian lunch or ask them to buy fresh exotic tropical fruits at the local market!.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.

The experience had positive aspects and others that could be improved. Before our arrival, we had some problems communicating with Andrés, the co-host, since he limited himself to imposing policies and rules, without listening to or understanding our needs as customers. Fortunately, upon arrival, Aurora took very good care of us. She was friendly and willing to help us during our stay. The house is suitable for sharing as a family; it has a well-equipped kitchen. However, it is not a luxury accommodation and requires maintenance, especially on the ceiling and some doors. The bed is not that comfortable. On Monday morning, we had no water service, which caused inconvenience. Overall, it's a good place to be with the family, but I think it's important to improve customer service – provide more empathetic attention focused on the guest's needs before their arrival.

The place is very nice; personally I love the complex between bridges. The day we arrived, the oven was not working, the jacuzzi was damaged and there was a fallen branch at the entrance of the house that did not allow cars to pass; in fact, one of the vehicles was scratched. When checking in, we respectfully inform you about these three issues. The answer we received surprised us a bit due to the lack of subtlety, saying: "this is not a five-star hotel", when it was really the minimum we needed. However, the requirements were met and resolved, for which we are grateful. The lady who takes care of the house, Aurora, is spectacular: very diligent and friendly. He made the stay special, did an excellent cleaning and the meals he prepared were very good. The houseware is sufficient and very functional. I recommend the place!

The place is beautiful, the ladies who assigned us to the toilet are extremely friendly, charismatic and attentive The only thing that is not so cool is that in the condominium they charge you $22,000 pesos to repair the infrastructure of the condominium and it is not so good.

Upon arrival, we had a problem with the pool, but it was quickly resolved. The staff at the house was excellent, the view was wonderful, everything was very organized, the place was very quiet, and there was plenty to do.Highly recommended, you feel very peaceful, excellent for resting.

The house is very nice, comfortable and impeccable, as shown in the photos. Andrés and Aurora are very attentive to everything and always willing to help. Aurora and Yaneth are very attentive and cook delicious food. Everything is spectacular.
