Guest access Our guests have access to the complete apartment as well as many resort amenities, including all of the buildings' pools, Jacuzzis, and sunbathing beds and chairs, gym facilities, sauna, wetroom, and all lounging areas, along with visitor parking and elevators. Kindly help yourself to anything in the apartment, bathrooms, and kitchen. Everything is for your comfort and enjoyment! We were very happy with my family at Ivan's place. The apartment is as shown in the photos and is located in an ideal place both to tour Bocagrande and to go to the walled city on foot. The view from the balcony is unsurpassed. The building staff is very friendly and Ivan is always willing to inform and answer questions. Next door there is a mall with ATMs from different banks and a few meters away there are different supermarkets.

It’s our third time visiting Cartagena while staying at Ivan's place, and it was a wonderful experience as always. Beautiful unit with the best views in Bocagrande. All the amenities you need. Everything within walking distance. Building has great security and it is very private. It's our home away from home. I highly recommend Ivan's place. Thank you for hosting us again, Ivan.

Ivan has a fantastic apartment in beautiful Cartagena. The building is well secured and is right by the sea. You can use the beautiful swimming pool and gym. And the view from this penthouse never gets old. Ivan responds super quickly if you have a question. We'd love to come back!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, but the experience was overshadowed by how the host handled a post-checkout issue. He claimed three towels were missing and submitted a charge. We only had six towels during our stay — none were removed or used outside the unit. No towel count was confirmed with us at check-in, and no walkthrough was done. He repeatedly pointed to timestamped videos showing nine towels — but I’m not present in any of those videos, so they don’t prove what was actually accessible during my stay. Why would a respectful guest, spending over $1,000, take towels? Most concerning was his statement that if we didn’t pay, his cleaning staff would be held financially responsible. That’s unprofessional and guilt-driven — shifting blame rather than taking accountability for failing to communicate his so-called “protocol.” I even offered a $10 goodwill payment to resolve the matter, which was declined. Disappointing way to end an otherwise smooth stay.
