The Space

Casa Nami is a spacious home designed for family and surfers, equipped with all the comforts and extras needed for a relaxing stay.

• Kitchen: Fully stocked with high-quality appliances, including:

  • Good knives
  • Blender
  • Toaster oven
  • French press
  • Air fryer
  • Flat top grill outside

• Living Areas:

  • Front room with its own kitchenette, private bathroom, and entrance.
  • Industrial ceiling fans in main areas; each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and ceiling fan.
  • 55-inch HD TV in the living room; both master bedrooms also have TVs.

• Outdoor Spaces:

  • Front deck area and backyard garden lounge.
  • Swimming pool exclusive to guests.

• Additional Features:

  • Library of books to borrow during your stay.
  • Board games and a ping pong table available.
  • A house cat that mostly lives outdoors and a friendly dog that may be nearby.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the front casita, which does not have access to the pool and front area. A washer and dryer are included for guests staying a week or more.

Location

The home is located just a 2-3 minute walk from Playa Colorado surf break and beach path, providing a lush tropical feel with the sounds of the waves.

  • All bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses, blackout curtains, industrial ceiling fans, and air conditioning units.
  • Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

1. Bedroom #1: Master bedroom with one king-size bed or two to three single beds, includes a kitchenette, HD TV, modem, private bathroom, and private entrance.
2. Bedroom #2: Master bedroom with one king-size bed or two single beds, includes a private bathroom and HD TV.
3. Bedroom #3: Accommodates one to four people with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, bathroom next to the room.
4. Additional Sleeping: Day bed in the living room for an extra person (no air conditioning, only fans).

• Services:
  • Laundry services available upon inquiry.
  • Private chef can be arranged for meal plans.

Additional Information

• Electricity costs in Nicaragua are among the highest in Central America. Guests are kindly asked to turn off lights, air conditioning, and fans when not in the home and to use electricity conservatively. An extra charge will apply for excessive usage.

• No parties or outside guests are allowed without permission. The maximum number of guests is nine, including children and two pets.
