Casa Tocayo is a four-bedroom oceanfront condo located directly on the sand, with the renowned Sayulita surf break just outside the door. The home offers expansive bay views in a central yet peaceful North-end setting.

Features include:

• Two large covered patios overlooking the ocean, ideal for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
• A third-floor rooftop terrace with a tropical hardwood pergola, suitable for yoga, sunbathing, and enjoying panoramic Pacific views.
• Access to the shared complex swimming pool, which includes a dedicated children’s section and a beachfront courtyard.
• Housekeeping five days per week.
• Access to the “Busy Burro” concierge service.

Accommodations

Casa Tocayo is a unique duplex consisting of two separate levels. The property includes two fully equipped kitchens and air conditioning in every bedroom.

Casa Tocayo Vista — Upper Unit

Sleeps 6–7 guests.

• Rooftop suite beneath a local Chiche hardwood pergola.
• High-quality foam king mattress.
• Large en-suite bathroom with an integrated open-air bathtub.
• Dual showers overlooking the ocean.
• Two air-conditioned lower-level suites:
  • One with a king bed.
  • One with a queen bed and twin beds.
• Luxury open-air kitchen with granite countertops, locally sourced Parota wood cabinetry, and a full dining area.

Casa Tocayo Playa — Ground Level

Sleeps two adults and two children.

• Large primary bedroom with a king bed.
• Attached side room with twin bunk beds for children.
• Second luxury kitchen and lounge area featuring Parota wood.
• Indoor-outdoor layout with direct access toward the pool and beach.

Location

Casa Tocayo is located in a quiet residential area on the desirable North end of Sayulita.

• The beach and surf are approximately 30 steps away.
• Sayulita’s central plaza is about a five-minute walk along the sand.
• Several highly rated restaurants are located just outside the complex entrance.

Additional Space

For large reunions or wedding groups, Casa Tocayo can be combined with the adjacent properties at Casa Palmar to accommodate up to 20 guests on the beachfront.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire four-bedroom condo, including:

• The private rooftop terrace.
• Both kitchens.
• All shared complex amenities.

Please note that the property does not include an in-unit washer or dryer, and laundry services are not provided. Housekeeper Tania can arrange laundry service for an additional fee.

Other Things to Note

The beach in front of the complex is primarily used for surfing. When the waves are small, it becomes a pleasant beach for family swimming.

August through mid-October is the peak rainy season, and heavily reduced rates are offered during this period.
