3BR Villa in San Pedro

Beautiful place. The pictures match the description perfectly. The inside was very clean and the host were great. The response time was fast and they are very accommodating. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Loved the air bnb, just like the photos, they were very responsive. Only thing I wish they had was a full size body mirror but that’s just me being extra lol

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So comfortable and when we wanted to escape the heat we nestled right into the home often using the pool amenities. Felt like a resort.

First class service. M&B took care of everything. Phenomenal home with everything you could think of. The pool was nice and cleaned daily. Hosts were amazing and we will be back to this property for sure.

Loved the stay. Appreciated its proximity to town and the layout of the home. I found the property management group pretty responsive to our needs. A couple of things to note. The loft area bed upstairs stays hot, the AC can get it cool up there. We didn’t stay up there as a result. The property is across from the pool that has bass heavy music going from 7am to 11 so if noise is an issue for you, consider that. That being said, it was convenient to walk to the pool each day. Notable that it is a 3rd party company that owns and operates the pool/restaurant. As a result, you can’t bring food or drinks, both of which are highly expensive there. Last thing, it is a Marriott property. If I’d known, I would have booked through Marriott to earn points. Beyond that, staff was helpful and kind, great stay overall.

The stay at M&B rentals was pleasant. Mostly clean and well equipped.

The villa was very clean and looked like pictures. The area was under more construction than we thought, but it was still nice. Good distance from town but away from the noise. Communication was a bit confusing with multiple phone numbers used by the management company. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it was good value.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Belize! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was fantastic—always available to answer any questions and provide helpful recommendations. Their hospitality truly made our trip even better. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Belize and would love to stay here again!

Place was clean and quiet, pictures were accurate to where we stayed, and host was very helpful. The property is close to amenities (farmhouse market, and poolclub) and host helped us with golf cart rental as well.
