Guest Access and Arrival Information

Welcome to apartment B501. Upon arrival, please contact your host at the number provided. The host will greet you, register your stay, and show you the apartment. She will be your point of contact for any assistance during your visit.

• Check-in begins at 3:00 pm
• Check-out is at 11:00 am sharp

If you arrive before check-in, luggage storage is available, and you may use all common areas of the complex. On departure day, although check-out is at 11:00 am, assistance with luggage storage is provided until your transport departs.

Additional Notes and House Rules

• Please do not dry wet clothes or towels on the terrace or balconies, as this violates homeowners association rules and may result in a fine up to $200 USD.
• A drying rack is provided above the sink in the laundry area for wet clothes.
• Pool towels are provided for use within the condominium only and must not be taken outside the premises.
• Please wash blue pool towels separately from white towels.
• Guests are expected to treat all items with care; any damages will be charged at the end of the stay.
• Pool and Jacuzzi hours are daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
• Swimming is at your own risk; no lifeguards are on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.
• The terrace railing consists of only two bars; parents should be vigilant and keep terrace doors closed if necessary.
• Be aware that exotic insects and animals are common in the area; the host is not responsible for any bites or rashes.

Community Amenities Access

By taking the elevator or stairs to the ground floor, guests can enjoy the community areas including the gym, gardens, pool, Jacuzzi, and restrooms. The pool area is ideal for sunbathing and relaxation.
