Casa de las Brisas is a large villa with 10 bedrooms; however, this listing includes access to 6 bedrooms, as the remaining rooms are not rented during your stay. The villa offers impressive ocean views, especially from the remarkable sky deck and three pools, including a hotel-sized lagoon pool.

The design of the home beautifully incorporates wood, tile, and stone, harmonizing with the natural environment. Casa de las Brisas provides roomy common areas both indoors and outdoors, a game room with a bar, and a sky deck equipped with loungers, a rancho, and a wet bar.

This villa is designed to accommodate a wide range of activities for large groups. Whether you want to sunbathe on the sky deck, relax in hammocks enjoying the Pacific Ocean breeze, swim in one of the three pools, enjoy a cocktail on the veranda, play billiards or foosball in the game room, or find a quiet corner for reading or yoga, it offers spaces for both relaxation and celebration.

Several dining options are available for large groups, including a custom indoor dining table that seats 14 people and an outdoor BBQ area with a table and lounge space. The grand veranda is open-air and features multiple lounge seating areas, a kitchen, and a dining area, perfect for socializing with family and friends.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of all common areas and may select 6 bedrooms from the 10 available. Additional bedrooms can be added after the reservation is confirmed on Airbnb.

Laundry is handled by the housekeeping staff. They can also wash guests' personal laundry for an additional fee.

• Housekeeping and maintenance staff wear face masks at all times
• The villa is thoroughly disinfected before guest arrival and after departure
• The property is private, ensuring no shared spaces with other guests

Important Information

• For reservations made within 60 days of arrival, maid service is available for an additional $25 per day. Please contact your host to arrange this.
• Guests do not have access to laundry facilities on-site.
• A refundable cash deposit between $500 and $1,000 is required at check-in, depending on group size, to cover potential damages or missing items.

Dining Services

The rate includes chef services for two meals per day; however, the cost of food is extra. Meal plans with or without alcohol are available, with pricing based on the number of adults and children. Please inform us if you are interested.
