The Space

Often called the “Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta,” Conchas Chinas is one of the city’s most exclusive and desirable neighborhoods. Nestled between the lush Sierra Madre jungle and the sparkling Pacific coast, it combines natural beauty and tranquility just minutes from the vibrant Romantic Zone.

Perched high on the hillside, Villa Loma offers panoramic ocean and jungle views from every room. Recently remodeled, the villa features brand-new custom furniture crafted by a local artist, along with striking lighting fixtures by Dutch designer Max Keokkeok of Kublaikan Designs in Tonalá, Jalisco.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors inside, blending the surrounding nature with the comfort of a private villa.

The multi-level layout is connected by steps, creating an airy, open atmosphere while providing additional privacy for larger groups. Along with the four main bedrooms, a cozy television room with two twin beds provides extra sleeping space for children or additional guests. This room does not have an en-suite bathroom.

Guests can relax in the heated pool or beside the romantic firepit on the main terrace. Upstairs, the rooftop skybar and jacuzzi provide an unforgettable setting for sunset cocktails.

A remote-control gated entrance offers added security and peace of mind. The villa’s hillside location and private design make it easy to unwind in comfort.

Daily housekeeping is included, except on Sundays and holidays. Trusted private chefs can also be recommended for an exclusive dining experience at the villa.

Villa Loma is just steps from the Grand Miramar and close to excellent local restaurants, including Lindo Mar, El Set, and La Playita.
