The Space

Wake up to Caribbean Sea sunrises and end the day with a refreshing Caribbean cocktail by the pool or on the spacious deck. No Bad Days Villa is a newer property in a secure neighborhood, just a 12–15-minute walk from West Bay Beach.

West Bay Beach is known for:

• Excellent snorkeling
• Restaurants and nightlife
• Small grocery stores
• Water taxis to other parts of the island

Whether you are visiting to relax, scuba dive along the Mesoamerican Reef, or snorkel during the day or at night, this location offers an ideal island getaway.

The villa is situated on Roatán’s south shore, offering the atmosphere of a private neighborhood while remaining close to one of the island’s best beaches. Its elevated rustic design, abundant windows, and surrounding tropical trees create a bright and inviting setting. Each bedroom has four windows, while the 22-foot wood ceilings add an open, spacious feel.

The main living area features Honduran pine flooring. Bathrooms include tiled walk-in, curbless showers with granite vanity tops. The showers are tiled up to the wood-vaulted ceilings, creating a spa-like atmosphere.

The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen includes:

• A large granite island with seating for seven
• More than 18 linear feet of granite counter space
• Ample room for multiple guests to prepare meals together

The 320-square-foot deck overlooks the Caribbean Sea and includes a custom dining table that seats eight. It is a comfortable place to enjoy the warm temperatures and watch cruise ships depart for their next port. A large new construction project is located directly across the street and is expected to be completed in summer 2027.

All beds feature memory foam mattresses and are elevated to provide storage space for suitcases underneath. The villa also includes three televisions:

• One 68-inch smart television in the main living area
• One mounted 43-inch television in each bedroom

Air conditioning is available throughout the living spaces, including the loft, which sleeps four guests.

No Bad Days Villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with:

• Two king suites
• One king bed in the loft
• Two twin beds in the loft

Guest Access

Guests have access to the upper villa in this two-unit home. The pool is shared with the villa below, while the upper villa has its own private deck for dining or relaxing.

Guests are responsible for electricity usage during their stay. Typical consumption rates are provided under the house rules, which become visible after booking.

Important Information

Electricity

Guests are responsible for electricity costs. Electricity is expensive on the island and costs approximately $0.40 per kilowatt-hour. Usage will be billed at the end of the stay.

Passports

Based on your departure date, your passport must remain valid for at least six months. If it does not meet this requirement, you may be denied entry into the country upon arrival.
