Guest Access and Policies

• No additional guests are permitted without prior disclosure.
• Only guests listed on the reservation may be on the property at any time.
• Provide identification, full names, and country of origin for every guest.
• All children must be included in the reservation.
• For minors who are not part of the traveling group, provide a signed and authenticated permit.
• Discounts are not offered, as the pricing reflects the apartment’s amenities.
• Luggage storage is available free of charge for guests with early or late flights.

Building Registration

Names and identification numbers are required for building registration several days before arrival.

At check-in, each guest will receive a wristband at the building’s front desk for identification. The wristband is mandatory for access to the building and common areas. The first wristband is provided at no additional cost; guests must pay for replacements if a wristband is lost or damaged.
