Located on a quiet dead-end street in the prestigious J Section, one of its standout features is having its own private beach path, while still being just a short walk from the town center.

Location

Casa Delfin is situated in a peaceful neighborhood on a quiet dead-end street within the exclusive J Section. The private beach access is a rare amenity in the area, providing direct entry to Playa Guiones. Despite its seclusion, the property is only a few minutes' walk from the central town area.

Security and Community

Nosara is a wonderful community, and we look forward to sharing its many benefits with you. However, like many tourist destinations, petty theft can occur, typically targeting cash and personal belongings. To help ensure your safety, we would like to understand your group’s dynamics so we can recommend the best accommodation and reduce any risks.

If desired, the property manager can arrange for a dinner guard at an additional cost. Guests are responsible for securing their valuables and enabling all security features when leaving the property.

Internet and Electricity

Due to the jungle setting, utility services such as power, phone, and internet can be unpredictable. Outages and interruptions may occur without notice. Guests are advised not to leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms.

Internet service is not guaranteed at all times. Mobile phone reception with Kolbi is excellent, and data plans are affordable. If consistent internet access is essential, bringing an unlocked phone and purchasing a Kolbi SIM card is recommended.

Neither the homeowner nor the property manager controls these utilities and cannot offer refunds or discounts for any service interruptions. Please report any property issues to the property manager promptly.

Water Supply

During the dry season (December through April), water pressure may be low due to scheduled or temporary outages. We will make every effort to inform guests of any planned water service interruptions.

Wildlife and Insects

While the home is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, the jungle environment means insects and other creatures may appear during your stay. The property is regularly fumigated as part of maintenance, but ants, beetles, spiders, and other insects are common year-round, especially during the rainy season from May to November.

To minimize insect presence, please keep food wrapped or refrigerated, clean kitchen surfaces regularly, and keep screen doors closed, particularly at night.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for natural disasters, water or internet outages, security incidents, personal property losses, or noise from nearby construction. The area is rapidly developing, and construction may occur nearby.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain traveler insurance to cover unforeseen events, accidents, or circumstances that may prevent travel or fulfillment of rental terms.
