This relaxed beach village lies between the lively town of Tamarindo to the north and the pristine Playa Langosta and Las Baulas National Park to the south. Guests can easily walk to unspoiled beaches, surf spots, stunning sunsets, open-air restaurants, tide pools, jungle trails, and an estuary, as well as enjoy all that Tamarindo offers.

The Space

Langosta village is a tranquil, verdant retreat where you might hear howler monkeys in the canopy and spot wildlife such as iguanas, coatis, and even anteaters.

The villa’s two sections function as one large home with ample indoor and outdoor social spaces, while also providing privacy and independence when desired. This setup suits both introverts and extroverts, making it perfect for traveling with family or friends.

Note: The main house (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen) is separate from the upstairs apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchenette, laundry). There is no internal access between the two, enhancing privacy. Access to the apartment is via exterior stairs by the side door of the main house.

All rooms have air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout the year.

• No smoking or vaping inside the house; permitted only outside on deck, patio, or screened porch
• Security cameras monitor front gate, side gate, and back fence; footage reviewed only if rental agreement violations are suspected
• Dinner parties allowed with up to six guests; this is not a party house
• No pets allowed, including service and emotional support animals, due to severe allergies of other guests
• Secure parking for one vehicle inside gated driveway
• Additional parking available outside property wall
• Golf cart charging station available in gated driveway
