I was nervous finding the place and trying to get in but we finally figured it out, and everything was smooth sailing from there! I LOVED the courtyard and gardens. Thank you!

Fausy is an extremely kind host with a beautiful home, probably the most beautiful and spacious of all our travels in Guatemala. The house was clean, well-equipped, and serene. We did, however, run into a couple issues. The instructions for getting to the house were super vague and the security guards at the gate were extremely unhelpful, making us call the host and not letting us into the neighborhood for 20 minutes even though we provided them with the code from the host. Eventually when we entered, the instructions were insufficient to locate the house and left us wandering the neighborhood for 30 minutes. Second, there is a maid that lives in the home in an adjacent room to the kitchen. This was not disclosed to us by the host in the AirBNB description and while not too much of an issue, it would have been nice to know that the home is not a private space for guests. Regardless, we had a good stay in Antigua in a very nice home!

Thank you very much Fausy. The house is beautiful, super well located, the area is unbeatable, the residential area is the quietest and most beautiful in Antigua, and communication with Fausy was perfect, super attentive to everything, immediate responses, and very friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave and we could not enjoy the property as we wanted, but on our next visit to Antigua Guatemala we will look to stay at Fausy's house. Thank you for everything!

An accessible and quiet residential area. The house comes with everything you need to have a very comfortable stay, we felt right at home. Very close to everything, within walking distance. Everything is very clean, comfortable beds, full kitchen and several areas to be. Fausy's communication and response was very good. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.
