The place was very nice, everything was clean and there were lots of restaurants, stores and things to do, the view was also amazing you could see the ocean from the balcony

Nice, clean condo in a peaceful secure building. Ubers and food deliveries come quick and are affordable. Close to a Fonda, restaurants and 2 blocks to Super 99 grocery store. My family and I stayed for 2 weeks and it was very helpful to have a washer and dryer.

We enjoyed our two week stay. Grocery store around the block was convenient. Good restaurants were near by as well.

Good place to stay with family, quite cozy with everything you need to have a good stay, comfortable and easily accessible, very friendly host and super honest. My sister left her iPad, and they quickly let us know that she had forgotten it 🫶🏻 Thank you very much, excellent service. We are grateful 🙏😇

When choosing a place to stay for several months is always a concern. Once I decided on Julien place how he communicated put me at ease. Once I arrived and checked in I knew I made a good decision. Stay highlights: *Check in was a breeze *Unit just as pictures shows, clean and had all needed for a month+ stay *Had a guest coming so second room with access to a bath was a bonus. Even had access to the bath from living area *Living area was large, never felt cramped even with a dinning room table and bar stools *Kitchen equipped with everything you needed for a long stay *WiFi was great, no buffering with movies *Building secure and clean *Restaurants within 5/10 minutes walking * If you walk for 20 minutes you are in the heart of San Francisco restaurants district *Supermarket 5 minutes Con: *Building a new condo across so construction noise during day *On main street so street noise *We found it was easy to get use to I can't thank Julien enough for making my stay so enjoyable!

Julien was great. The location was perfect for myself and my two little ones. There were walkable restaurants and grocery store. Everyone in the area was friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Bus and a large supermarket right around the corner, as well as various restaurants. We were very satisfied, and we will be happy to rent this apartment again on our next visit to Panama. Julien's place was perfect for our needs. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy to do. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the announcement. Although the building is located on a main road, it was conveniently accessible to transportation (Uber), restaurants, and a big supermarket (Super 99) just one block away. Having a washer/dryer available was a plus particularly for long stays. Kitchen appliances were also available for use. The apartment has an assigned parking space that we used for our temporary rental car. Julien was always very responsive to any issues or questions we had. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.
