Welcome to Surf's Up, a renovated condo in Villa Verde Dos, ideal for your beach getaway. Located just a five-minute walk from the beach, this unit is fully air-conditioned and equipped with private bathrooms, a complete kitchen, beach gear, and many thoughtful extras to enhance your stay.
The condo comfortably accommodates four guests with two bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom and individual air conditioning. The master bedroom includes a balcony overlooking the garden and blackout blinds for sleeping in or afternoon naps.
The main floor is bright and open, containing the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and a half bathroom.

The living room offers two comfortable loveseats, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy Smart TV with digital cable or use the dedicated WiFi to stay connected.

The laundry room, adjacent to the kitchen, has a full-sized washer and dryer exclusively for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent is provided.

The complex is secured by a locked gate. The unit has a unique access code that changes with each guest, which will be provided before arrival.
Guests are welcome to use all items in the unit, including condiments, oils, and spices. You are encouraged to leave any extras for future guests.
Access to the owner’s lock-up is not permitted. The owner’s surfboard and kayak are stored in the unit but are not available for guest use.
To promote responsible air conditioner use, discounted stays of four weeks or longer include up to 700 kWh (approximately US$150) of electricity. Any excess will be charged to guests. This allowance supports reasonable use of air conditioning and the dryer.
Please do not flush toilet paper, as most areas in Costa Rica use septic systems. Toilet paper should be disposed of in the trash.
Guanacaste Province often experiences droughts from December through April. Water conservation is essential. The property has a backup water tank, but guests are asked to:

As a tropical location, occasional ants or insects may be present indoors. If you notice an excessive number of ants, please inform us so we can provide ant traps. Outdoor ants play an important environmental role and should be left undisturbed.
Bugs inside do not indicate uncleanliness. Cockroaches here differ from those in North America; they are solitary and not indicative of infestations. Cockroach spray is available on the property.
Please do not leave food or garbage outside. Raccoons and skunks in the area can disturb trash. All garbage must be securely bagged, tied, and placed in the designated garbage house near unit #17. Remember to close the door to keep wildlife out.
