At check-in, guests must leave a cash security deposit with the caretaker. The deposit will be returned at check-out once the property has been inspected and delivered in optimal condition.

• Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property. Visitors and outside service staff are not permitted.
• The area is very safe, and our staff is fully trustworthy. However, we are not responsible for valuables or cash. Guests are responsible for their belongings and personal items.

Guests can explore the area using wooden walkways and bridges that provide convenient and safe access to the reservoir while allowing them to enjoy the surrounding natural environment.

• The reservation includes one jacuzzi fill per night. Additional fills cost COP 50,000 each.
• The barbecue is not available.
• The house complies with the biosecurity regulations required by the Ministry of Health and the COVID-19 cleaning protocol mandated by Colombia’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism.
• Please treat the property with respect. It has been designed and maintained with care, and we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
• The property has an exterior camera system for security. Cameras are located outside the house and in the shared indoor living room and kitchen areas.
