Situated within the exclusive gated community of Villas Sangha, this home is nestled in the jungle and offers breathtaking views of Ballena Island. From the living room, terrace, and both master suites, you can enjoy stunning sunsets, whitewater vistas, and the soothing sounds of the jungle. Even the outdoor showers provide ocean views.

The villa is designed with an open-concept layout ideal for outdoor living. The gourmet kitchen opens fully to the outdoor dining area. There are two living rooms: one indoor space for watching TV and an outdoor lounge overlooking the jungle and ocean.
Both master bedrooms feature rain showers for a refreshing experience.
Location
Casa de Aves is located in the lush South Pacific region of Costa Rica. The journey from San Jose takes approximately three hours, passing through mountains, small towns, palm plantations, and spectacular ocean views. This drive offers an authentic glimpse into the country’s diverse landscapes.

I loved the location, the instructions, and Tatyana was very friendly. I spent two days there with my family. It's an impeccable place. We loved the kitchen. The house has everything you need to have a pleasant stay and a unique experience. The pool is well-maintained, which makes it look impeccable. The wildlife is impressive. The price is in line with everything they offer, and the property looks just like the photos.💚

It was sad to leave the Airbnb. It is fully equipped and its view is incredible. The pool is a luxury. Communication with the host and cleaning staff 10 out of 10. We were surrounded by nature and animals all the time. 100% recommended

We spent 3 days in the beautiful Vikla. The house and views are very nice. The house is very nicely laid out with 2 bedrooms on the left and one on the right. Each has a bathroom/toilet and there is a 4th toilet. The pool is pleasant and the view is wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need. And the view while cooking is fantastic. You don't want to eat there; you want to cook. There's also a dishwasher! Thanks so much for the nice days.

This home was extraordinary! When you open the front door, you are greeted with an amazing view through the back patio doors with the pool overlooking the jungle canopy and ocean below. It is even more beautiful than the photos. Huge windows open from the kitchen, along with sliding glass doors from the living room to the back patio and pool…. blending the indoors with the outdoors. We loved it. Being able to cook and wash dishes with a spectacular view of the ocean was a pleasure!! Take advantage of the personal chef that the owner recommends, Mario. He is amazing also! Can’t wait to return sometime during whale season.

Tatyana's villa is absolutely stunning. Breathtaking views with the infinity pool. The house is very beautiful and comfortable with absolutely everything you need for a vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for making food; everything is there. A well-deserved 5 stars, without any hesitation.
