We enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the groundskeeper was so helpful and friendly.

Our stay at Diamond Reef Condominiums was absolutely incredible! I was a little hesitant about staying north of the center of town, but it ended up being one of the best parts of the trip. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and having what felt like our own private beach and pier was amazing. The golf cart ride into town was quick and easy, and along the way we discovered even more restaurants and local spots we probably would have missed otherwise. We had a group of eight people and had more than enough space. The condo was very comfortable, and we easily could have accommodated another three or four people. The hosts were fantastic and made everything so easy. They helped coordinate our golf carts, taxis, and transportation, which took so much stress off the group and allowed us to simply enjoy our vacation. We had an amazing stay! We celebrated my mom’s birthday here, and she had an absolute blast. The property was gorgeous—beautifully maintained and even better than we expected. The layout was perfect because it gave us plenty of space to spend quality time together while also allowing everyone to have their own space when needed. Eswin was incredible. He was kind and super helpful throughout our stay, making the whole experience seamless. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, comfortable place to make lasting memories.

This home was wonderful. Eswin the caretaker was amazing, always ready to help with whatever was needed. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable. It offers great privacy and the dock and pool were both a plus. It’s a little further out of town but close enough to secrets beach. The only issue is the road to get there, however that’s no fault of the Airbnb. All in all I would give the stay here a 9 out of 10.

Our family of ten adults and three children had a perfect stay at Diamond Reef. From our initial inquiry, the team handled every detail for a seamless arrival. The true star was Eswin, the caretaker; he is an angel who went above and beyond daily to ensure our comfort. The villa is stunning with an outstanding view. A major highlight was the private dock, allowing our snorkeling charter to pick us up and drop us off right at home—unbeatable convenience! While some mention the distance from town, we found it perfectly situated. Wonderful bars and restaurants are nearby, and both San Pedro’s center and Secret Beach are just a fun golf cart ride away. The location offers the ideal balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. We highly recommend Diamond Reef to any large group looking for a memorable, stress-free, and luxurious getaway in Belize. It truly exceeded all expectations for our family gathering.

Staying at this property was very relaxing and quite enjoyable. We rented out all 3 units and everyone if them was great! Edwin, our on-the-property care-taker, was wonderful and really took care of us, even offering to help us with grocery shopping. A true gem :) Terrylee, from guest services, was also great. Helping us organize taxis for our excursions. One thing to note, it is quite far out from San Pedro, and you can make it via Golf Cart, but it is still a ways. Just what we were wanting for a true restful, peaceful get-away. Consider logistics. That said, it is clear that more and more development is growing that direction, so it will probably be both connected and peaceful very soon. Thank you for the stay and would absolutely recommend!

Great venue, with a savvy host who helped us stock and rent everything we needed for a fun week on Ambergris Caye. The private pier was great for transport and snorkeling excursions, and having a couple separate condo units let our friends have private time then join up at the larger unit.

Beautiful stay away from the downtown area for a peaceful getaway!
