It far exceeded our expectations. The membership for Vidanta is the best, and the apartment facilities are even better in person than in the photos. The staff is very friendly, and communication with the host is excellent. One of the best experiences we've had as a family.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had everything my family and I needed to enjoy a few very pleasant days. Communication with the host was always quick, friendly, and helpful, making the whole process very simple. It was definitely an experience that exceeded our expectations. My whole family was delighted with the stay and, if we come back to the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend it!

Lupita was super communicative and responds very quickly! Her place was fine - a little more tired looking than the pictures, but not too bad at all. There were two main things: dishes that were in the kitchen cabinet had been put away dirty and, on our last night, there was an enormous cockroach in one of the bathrooms. If that had happened earlier in our stay, we would have left immediately. The pool at the condo is large, clean and was very quiet. Ample towels are available from security. Something to note is that there appears to only be one security guard on duty at a time, so if they aren't there, you have no way of knowing how long it will be until they are back (and they have the towels and bring you on the golf cart). We went to the Mayan palace pool one day and it was not worth it. It's multiple golf cart rides away, it was quite crowded and the water was cloudy. Ubers generally had no issue accessing the condo.

Lupita was an excellent host! We got there late and had to get our bracelets next day due to our traffic delays. But the condo is amazingly furnished, so clean and as pictured. Condo area was peaceful, pristine pool, and friendly staff. Thank you Lupita for your amazing hospitality!
