The house is super nice, ideal if you are traveling as a family group. It is a few blocks away from the Malecon on foot. There are many small shops and food on the same street. The service and the place were incredible.

This place was a short walk from the centro and the malecón. The home is spotless, very clean and organized. We had no problem lounging around the home. Amenities were also available and in great condition. Fit 8 people comfortably, with extra room.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and graciously allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and centrally located so we were fairly close to plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing beach getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Greg’s place! From the moment we arrived, his hospitality truly stood out—he was welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Greg is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that made it feel both comfortable and inviting. It was the perfect place to relax and feel at home.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with 4 nice bedrooms, a comfortable livingroom and a small but easy to work in kitchen. There are 2 full bathrooms inside the apartment. Plus a 1/2 bath above on the covered patio roof. The view was fantastic from the patio. Each room has an air conditioner but we rarely used them. There was always a nice breeze with the windows open. The only problem I had are the 21 steps to reach the apartment which is over the garage and there are no railings. The steps have a wall on each side but no railing to hold onto for safety. If you’re elderly or you have young children, I feel this is a major safety issue. The pictures on the Airbnb website show only a side view of the stair case. To the right of the stair case that leads to the apartment there is another set of shorter stairs and they have a very nice and safe railing. To me this picture is misleading because you don’t really see a clear picture of the stairs leading to the apartment.

The unit was better than expected. The host responded instantly to our one request. We enjoyed the resident outdoor cat!
