Home in Cancún

Diego, Paula and all staff were super attentive, kind, helpful, and very responsive. The house is beautiful and spacious. We were a group of 18 including 2 kids 5 and under and we fit comfortably. They have daily cleaners and Rosie was so sweet and helpful as well as took care of our needs and request. The house is super close to everything; gas station, grocery store, night life, beaches. Our big group was looking for something secure, spacious and close in proximity to all attractions and this house checked all our needs.I definitely recommend this beautiful home with attentive staff.

We are extremely appreciative of Diego’s place for several reasons. From the moment we booked our stay, Diego & the crew were helpful. Whether that help came in the form of general questions about the house, transportation to/from the airport, questions about the chef or questions about the entertainment and area sights. Every single time I had a question, which was quite often considering I was traveling with a group of people, some of which had never been out of the country or Mexico, they always had an answer. That alone made the place worth it. Second, I haven’t even gone into how much space is in that house. We absolutely loved it. The majority of our time was spent either in the pool, the theater room or enjoying the wonderful meals prepared by Susi the chef. There aren’t enough characters here to describe how much we enjoyed it. There’s a gas station right outside the property yet you’d never know it considering how quiet it was. Also the Hotel Zone is about 5 min taxi ride away

This was truly an amazing location and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun. It’s very close to everything that you may need on your trip and felt very safe and secure. Would definitely book this location again.

Place was great, Suzy the cook was amazing along with the bartender. Great services, quick to respond. Valeria the host was also Amazing, checked on us and was there to great us and make us feel at home.

Diego's place is amazing. All of our guest were blown away with the location and the house itself. Diego stopped by once to great us, which I thought was nice since I rarely see Airbnb host during all my stays. The house itself is incredible, perfect for large parties and gathering. It is nice that they offer free cleaning service during the weekdays. Pretty much when we wake up, the whole house is spotless clean. The location was great as well, probably a 15-20 minute walk from downtown and a 3-5 min drive. There is a gas station right next door that sells alcohol, snacks, hot food, more. Very convenient. Our host was Valeria and she was amazing! She took care of us from start to finish. Anything you need, she can help you out. She always have a solution to everything so make sure to talk to Valeria first as she can very much help you out on your trip. Highly recommend and will book again on our next trip to Cancun!

Valeria was the best!! I couldn’t believe how above and beyond she went. She answered every single question I had and I had a lot. We talked for months in advance, she gave great recommendations, booked everything, scheduled everything, and was just so impressed. She really made the trip for us! This was my bachelorette and couldn’t think of a better place. Amazing. Would stay here again and in hopes Valeria would be the one we book thru.
