The home accommodates up to 14 guests and welcomes pets.

Location and Surroundings

Casa San Ramon is surrounded by lush greenery, vibrant birdlife, and howler monkeys. Throughout the garden, you can discover ancient petroglyphs—historic carvings that add a unique and enchanting touch to the property.

Guests can enjoy swimming in the lake from a private dock while taking in the stunning sunset views.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and its grounds.

Additional Information

• The base rental price covers up to 5 guests. Each additional guest from the 6th onward is charged $25 per person per night.
• It is recommended to arrive in an SUV or 4x4 vehicle. While most of the road to the house is paved, the last 2 kilometers can be rough, especially during the rainy season.
• Electricity is partially included:
  • For short-term stays, 30 kWh per day is included. Usage beyond this is charged at $0.50 per kWh.
  • For long-term rentals, electricity is not included and must be paid separately.
  • Average daily electricity consumption ranges from 15 to 35 kWh.
  • Guests are encouraged to conserve electricity by turning off air conditioning and appliances when not in use.
  • Electricity charges are metered and must be paid in cash upon checkout.
• Power outages may occur occasionally, particularly during the rainy season. An emergency generator is available for $30 per 4 hours, providing power to rooms, ceiling fans, and the refrigerator, but not air conditioning units.
• Due to the wooden construction of the house, guests should limit the use of candles or other open flames during outages.
• The property has three friendly dogs. They will be kept contained during your stay if preferred.

Additional Amenities

• Cleaning services can be arranged for an extra $20, requested at least one day in advance.
• A cook is available to assist with meals for an additional $20 per day, also requiring one day’s notice.

House Rules

This is a family-oriented home designed for comfort and relaxation. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
