• The vehicle area, basketball court, and garden with children’s games are shared common areas with the Airbnb owners.
• Garden staff occasionally perform maintenance in the outdoor areas.
• Parties are not permitted, and guests may not invite people who are not included in the reservation.
• Roasting meat and using the roasting area are not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor areas.
• Because the house has multiple levels, it is recommended for children aged seven and older. Younger children are welcome but must remain under the strict supervision and responsibility of their caregivers.

Guest Access

The two available parking spaces are located at street level and are suitable for small or medium-sized vehicles. Parking for larger vehicles cannot be guaranteed.
