Overview
Villa 47 is located in the exclusive Playa Iguana condominium, just steps from the Ixtapa Marina and a 10-minute drive from Zihuatanejo.
The maximum occupancy is eight people, including infants and children. Additional guests will not be permitted to enter the condominium. Identification for all adult guests must be submitted at least three days before arrival.

- An indoor dining room
- A terrace dining area overlooking the common areas and pool
The villa is near the Ixtapa Marina, a popular destination for lunch or dinner with beautiful marina views.
Cleaning and Cooking Services
Cleaning is provided every third day by Zule. Please note that the kitchen will not be cleaned unless meals are prepared by the cleaning staff.
Additional services may be arranged directly with Zule:
- Extra cleaning: $450 per day
- Breakfast and meal preparation: $500, plus the cost of ingredients
Guest Access
All adult guests must submit their identification in advance for pre-registration, which helps make check-in faster.
Check-in begins after 3:00 p.m. For arrivals after 6:00 p.m., the keys will be left with the guards.
Additional Information
- The villa includes one parking space. Please notify us in advance so it can be prepared.
- Visitors are not permitted inside the villa, in the common areas, or on the beach.
- Use of the laundry facilities must be requested in advance. Zule can provide access for an additional fee of $500.
- Air conditioning must be turned off whenever no one is inside the villa. Otherwise, the administration will charge an additional fee of $1,000.

The location is great, an easy bus ride or walk into Ixtapa. The pool and grounds were beautiful and not crowded at all, no putting a towel on your chair at 6am. The condo itself is nice , but a little run down. The beds are very hard if you have a hard time with that. Zule was AMAZING!! Her cooking was the best meals we had while in Ixtapa!

A very quiet place, private, safe and very nice. My family and I enjoyed a very good vacation mainly because of the tranquility that feels in the atmosphere. Perfect to rest and enjoy excellent sunsets and family moments. Zule is always very attentive. A place I'm sure to go back to. Recommended!
