Important Location Information

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. Cabo Villas has no control over construction projects or schedules but will do its best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.

House Rules and Policies

• The minimum age for all guests is 25. Children traveling with their parents are excluded from this requirement.
• Maximum occupancy is 20 adults and 8 children.
• The total number of guests allowed at any time is limited to the contracted number listed on the reservation.
• The renter must disclose the number of people in the group and provide the name of every guest.
• Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• In gated communities, noise or other disruptive behavior after 10:00 p.m. may result in a fine.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning, and guests are responsible for paying them.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited.
• Outside caterers must be approved in writing in advance.
• A late check-out fee may apply to departures occurring more than two hours after the designated check-out time.
• Pets are not allowed unless specifically authorized in advance.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically authorized in advance and the applicable event fee is paid.
• Refer to the property rules for additional terms.

Children and Occupancy Details

Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Airbnb can accommodate bookings for up to 16 people. Ask us about rates for additional guests.

Holiday and Spring Break Policies

• A seven-night minimum stay applies over December 25 and January 1.
• If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without prior approval. An additional deposit is required.
