The contact with Alejandro was always good and the photos looked good, but... The honest truth is that the house is in a spooky, deserted vacation park. And that the photos of the pool do not (or no longer) match reality. In addition, the pool was very dirty. Furthermore, the kitchen was exceptionally dirty and we were greeted by cockroaches and ant colonies. Finally, we were surprised by a scorpion behind our pillow. In short, it wasn't worth the money.

The pictures of the house provide the correct information. Alejandro wants the best for his guests and is a nice host. We were pleased with the security at the park (nice guys) because you stay in the middle of abandoned and dilapidated houses. The neighbors' dogs were on our terrace every day, but they didn't bother us. The pool didn't look well maintained, and there were no nice lounge chairs. For a freely accessible beach, you have to walk 1 km; otherwise, you have to pay. We stayed here for 5 days and had a good time.

The house is well organized and the photos of the house correspond very well to the house itself. There are 3 bedrooms, but only 2 have air conditioning, which by the way was excellent. The neighborhood is a bit "weird," not bad, but there are abandoned houses. The photos of the pool are not accurate. It is a common swimming pool, and the house is about 400 meters uphill. It is also a bit neglected. The host's attention and the security people were very, very friendly. I consider the value for money to be very good.

Alejandro responded quickly. The house was fine, large and comfortable, just like in the photos. The pool was not available at that time, or it needed maintenance. It would be good to ask if it is available when you book. It is a bit far away, so I recommend that visitors buy groceries before arriving in town, as the convenience stores do not accept cards, and access to the lake via the restaurant is closed. You have to look for other available options. There are not many neighbors; most of the houses nearby look abandoned.

Lovely place. Very quiet (a bit too quiet, actually!) Very nice for relaxing. In the end, the pool is further up the road; you have to go up the road to get to it, and the 2 restaurants mentioned above are closed. The area was a bit quiet, but the Airbnb was very good, and the Host contacted me to check if everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this location.
