The Space
Villa Diamante is a spacious four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home situated on over an acre of land that stretches from the southern ocean to the northern ocean.

Vehicle Recommendation
A 4x4 SUV is strongly advised due to challenging road conditions around San Juan del Sur, especially after the rainy season (September to October). Roads can be rough with erosion and exposed rocks, particularly on a section above the house. An SUV typically handles these conditions well. Drive cautiously and embrace the adventure.
Cooking Services

Guests provide groceries, but grocery pickup can be arranged to avoid leaving the property.
Children
This home may not be suitable for small children due to safety concerns:

Dogs
Two large, friendly security dogs live on the property. Guests can choose whether the dogs roam freely or remain contained away from the house. Please inform the caretakers of your comfort level with the dogs. If allowed to roam, guests are asked not to let the dogs enter the house.

San Juan del Sur experiences frequent power outages. Villa Diamante has three power sources to ensure reliability:

Seth’s place is absolutely fantastic you should book it for the amazing views alone - I really don’t think I would ever get sick of those views they are mind blowing. What a beautiful place to stay we never wanted to leave . Book this place 100% you will not be disappointed it is one of the best places I have stayed I would very much like to return in the future it is just incredible inside and out - we all loved it

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Villa Diamante! Everything was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, immaculate, and very well taken care of. The grounds were beautiful, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Seth was an incredible host, and Erling and his wife, Milkenia, were so helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The property had so many great amenities, and the pool was fantastic. The location was perfect, with restaurants and several beautiful beaches nearby. San Juan del Sur Bay was amazing, and the town has everything you need. We also loved visiting the Cristo de la Misericordia overlook, surfing, and spending time at Playa Hermosa. Having boogie boards available at the beach house was a great bonus! Our family had an unforgettable stay and can't wait to return. The hardest part was leaving! We highly recommend Villa Diamante to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur.

We spent a long weekend at Villa Diamante for a family reunion. The place was perfect for our family of 9, we really enjoyed the views which were astonishing, incredible, beautiful, peaceful and photographic. Also the house had all the things necessary to make you feel comfortable if you want to cook like we did, we grilled everyday outside. If you want to rest, this is your place too, and there’s a lot of entertainment as well. We went down to the beach everyday which I thought was going to be hard but not at all. It was very easy to get down and again nothing beats those views. We are definitely planning to visit again. Thank you Seth!
