• Miramar Beach is just 500 meters away via public access. The beach has warm temperatures most of the year, calm conditions, and shallow water near the shore. It is also home to Foco Tonal, a flat structure associated with a distinctive acoustic phenomenon and mystical beliefs. Only 11 such sites are known to exist worldwide.
• Downtown Guaymas is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There, you can visit the municipal market, which offers local specialties and traditional handicrafts.
• Supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, shopping centers, and restaurants are only a few meters away.
• The Sonora Dolphinarium is approximately 10 minutes away by car and is an excellent destination for families.
• San Carlos and Los Algodones are about 20 minutes away by car. These world-renowned beaches are also known for their impressive sand dunes.
• One of the world’s most beautiful viewpoints is approximately 30 minutes away. This award-winning destination has been recognized by major brands such as National Geographic and offers spectacular sunsets over the sea, along with breathtaking views spanning more than 180 degrees.

Guests have access to the entire property except for the service room.

Other Things to Note

• The jacuzzi-style bathtub next to the pool is not a hydromassage tub and does not have hot water.
• For guest safety, security cameras are installed on the property in case of an incident. Please do not deactivate or disconnect them. A fine may be applied if the cameras are tampered with.
• Please reserve for and occupy the home with the number of guests listed in the reservation. An additional fine, plus 300 pesos per day for each unregistered guest, may be applied for the duration of the reservation.
