Muy.bonito apartamento, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos bonitos dias conociendo Cancun, la atencion de Don Artemio es sobresaliente incluso ofreciendo atenciones extras..!! El area muy bonita, tranquila y frente a una playa publica super accesible. Recomendado al 100..!!!

Picturesque views of the beach, especially at sunrise. Everything was within walking distance. The beach comes alive at night and weekends, giving a fun vibe. Can walk to restaurants and mini marts, ruins, and marina.

Magali's home is an easy walk across the road to a decent beach. Beds are comfortable, and the living room and kitchen area is spacious. Unfortunately, the kitchen could be better equipped with some items that would make cooking at home more pleasurable. Toaster, frying pan, kettle were key items missing. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Even though the bedrooms are at the rear of the condo, music carries from everywhere in this beach/condo location. NOT the host's fault, but we unknowingly booked a week during the country's Easter holiday time. Music stopped at sunrise, only to begin again 30 minutes later on the beach! Magali's Dad lives in the unit and was super responsive to our needs and even drove us to the Airport. The community was not in the "tourist area" and we loved that. A day trip by ferry to Isla Mujeres was the highlight of our stay.

First, I looked for a place with beach view. I work remotely then most of the time I’m not able to put a foot on the beach; but I am fine if I can see it from the desk. Well, the add shows a beautiful picture of the beach from the inside windows. It’s not the reality except for first hours of the day; after that the view will be totally blocked by parking cars, stalls, army trucks, cab, etc. Second, it’s just in front of the public beach, what is good if you want to share it with locals (what I enjoy when I have the chance to do it!). Bad side, over the weekend they made a noise party that ended with something like motorcycle races with free exhaust; it ended at 5am. I had a training at 8am next day and I suffered the bad night. Finally, internet (crucial to me by) is far from the best: it’s up most of the time with speed between 5mb and 25mb (35 was the maximum checked), but it disconnects multiple times during the day. If you work remote on a conference fashion, look somewhere else.

EL LUGAR ES LIMPIO Y SEGURO . LA PLAYA ES BONITA . MAGALI ES MUY AMABLEY SIEMPRE ESTA AHI PARA CUALQUIER COSA QUE SE NECESITE. PARA IR ALCENTRO ES MUY FACIL. EL TRANSPORTE PASA SIEMPRE. LA ZONA ESPRIVADA; DIA Y NOCHE HAY GUARDIA EN LA ENTRADA. MUY RECOMENDABLE EL LUGAR PARA PASAR UNAS BONITAS VACACIONES
