The house accommodates 12 people, with 5 bedrooms, each with A/C and a bathroom. It has terraces with fans in all areas and spaces for dining, game tables and a living room. It has a beautiful pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a palapa. The pool is not shared. Large recreation areas, ample enclosed and independent parking. We have service personnel. Located in the "El Farallon" subdivision, a two-block walk from Condesa Beach
The space Ideal for spending time with the family, the terraces, the living room and the open dining room make spending time together unique. Mango and almond fruit trees surround the house, providing an ideal space of sun and shade to feel in the tropics. The location is great for walking without a car. Plaza Diana shopping mall and Playa Condesa restaurants are a few blocks away. Note: WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF FRIENDS WHO INTEND TO PARTY IN THE LATE HOURS OF THE NIGHT
Guest access The house is fully accessible, with the exception of the service space that is separate from the house.
Other things to note The atmosphere of the house is FAMILY-LIKE. We do not accept drunkenness, parties, fights, gatherings that are out of order, drugs, etc.

We had an excellent experience staying at Mr. Jaime's house. From the start, communication was very good, and he was completely flexible to make our stay more comfortable. Ms. Flor was also always very friendly and helpful. My family and I really appreciate all your attention. We hope to be back soon!

The accommodation is spacious and quite good for large group trips. The only thing that could be improved is that to get in and out, the issue of keys and locks is complicated, because you have to maneuver with that. We couldn't use the pedestrian door and we had to go out through the garages. The cleanliness of the refrigerator could be improved, as there were food scraps. We don't know if they were from previous guests or from the housekeeper, but they have an extra refrigerator, so they could separate the use for staff and guests. The jacuzzi was not in service, which was not mentioned to us, but it is in the listing. These are areas for improvement, but the stay left us with a good feeling and it's worth the price.

Gave it 3 stars because the house was clean, beautiful, spacious and we had left over space. Took 2 away because the pool was green during our stay. The cleaning lady (Flor) told us it would be clean in 2 hours but was green all of our stay. We expressed concerns about our items in our rooms and were told that we should lock and take the key but upon our return we noticed undergarments were touched and an expensive charger and $50 pesos missing. Also, Flor kicked my mom out of the kitchen because she had to clean, but we expected it to be clean before we arrived. It wasn’t dirty but my mom wanted to use the kitchen. Also, my aunts were told to go back and clean themselves (of sand) before they walked into the outside of the house. Very good communication from the host up until our check in day, and then very hard to receive a message from them that answered my questions/ concerns.

The house matched the description perfectly. Everything was very nice. The location was very good, as you could walk to the beach, and there is an Oxxo nearby. We had everything within easy reach. Ms. Flor was very kind and was always available to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.
