- Sound carries easily because of limited floor insulation.
- At the pool area, playing or listening to music at a moderate volume is allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, provided it does not disturb other residents or tenants.

A little difficulty finding the exact location, but with a little effort we did. Once we had the exact apartment all was smooth. Something to note: the parking is underground. Very safe and secure location, and walkable to all things on the Tamarindo strip.

We had a great time at this place. We really enjoyed being so close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace and in the pool. When we arrived, a few glasses and cups were missing, and the host was quick to bring them to us when we asked. He is very responsive, which is much appreciated. It's the perfect place to be in the heart of Tamarindo.

We had a great stay. The apartment was spotless, very nice, comfortable and well equipped. The location is very convenient and allowed us to get around easily to the main points of interest. In addition, Viktor was always attentive and maintained quick and friendly communication before and during our stay, which made the whole process very simple. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Great place in the heart of Tamarindo - stayed here with my two teenagers and we all felt very comfortable. The back patio was a great hangout and the layout gave us all the privacy we could want

Viktor’s place was wonderful and honestly even better in person than in the photos. The space was much larger than I expected. I stayed in the primary bedroom with the en-suite bathroom, and it was incredibly spacious with a large walk-in closet and private balcony. Another bedroom also had a private balcony, plus access to the large outdoor patio, which felt very private thanks to the privacy screen. The pool was amazing and larger than it appeared in the listing photos. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also incredibly convenient after beach days. The location was excellent. It’s on a quiet residential side street, but still only a block from the beach and main street. Right next door was a great open-air food hall with lots of cuisine options, plus a bar and brewery. Viktor was also very responsive throughout the stay and flexible with check-out, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

The entire stag was very helpful and friendly. I, mainly, dealt with Ericka. She was very pleasant, friendly and proactive. She came over and fixed my TV connections and provided advice about shuttle options to the airport. She was always prompt in her responses. I'd like to thank her and the entire staff for their service. I really enjoyed my stay. See y'all next time.
