Stained walls, lots of cockroaches, dog smell like urine, dirty pools and stained sheets and the shower needed cleaning

Need to do a better job with cleaning especially with the bathroom where’s there’s hair. Need to improve WiFi quality. I work remote job.

Quite discreet place. 1st: The room was dirty, I found several cobwebs in the corners, both in the room and in the bathroom, in them there were dead bugs, in fact I found 2 small spiders. 2nd: part of the window, it has no glass, it is open for the entry of bugs and mosquitoes, in addition, you can hear everything outside, a lot of noise otherwise, neighbors with very bad living, screaming and walking until late at night, they were close to 3 am making noise and the room without being able to isolate that noise. 3rd: very poor condition of the mattress, the springs feel, I didn't know where or how to be able to my knees, simply unpleasant. Poor condition of towels too, small and thin, the sheets are short, the fitted sheet came out all night. 4th: The room does not have air conditioning, it only has a ceiling fan. Insufficient for high temperatures, in addition to the fact that the room does not have windows, the temperature dissipates. 5th: In the room there is no type of instructions or information about how to use it and the WiFi password, this I had to ask the receptionist, in addition, the connection is quite slow, it is difficult for you to upload the social media videos, so it was throughout the stay, the most unpleasant thing. Between the bad internet connection, the heat, the buzz and the uncomfortable mattress, I didn't sleep anything. One of the worst experiences I've had with AirBNB.
