Guest Access
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. The house has a key lockbox, allowing you to check in independently at any time. However, we are usually present to welcome you upon arrival.
Parking and Location Notes
Casa Röco is situated on a quiet alley. Like many streets in the historic center of San Miguel, the alley is somewhat narrow.
Parking in the garage may require patience and skill. The garage accommodates a compact vehicle no larger than a midsize SUV, such as a Mazda CX-5 or Audi Q5.

Ro and Paco are friendly, courteous, kind and very responsive owners of their beautiful Casa. If location is important to you this home is well located for walking almost everywhere. There is a fairly steep hill on the street towards Centro but it is short and not busy. We enjoyed two good restaurants that are in close proximity. The view from the upstairs living area is of a beautiful next door garden. This is a private home with a pretty patio and the sound of the water fountain is peaceful. We had a long stay and enjoyed the neighbours and felt very safe. Church bells welcome each day at 7:30 am :) We will be happy to return!

Beautiful, elegant home on a quiet street within walking distance of the Zocalo. We had a problem with the hot water and a repair man was sent within 5 minutes to fix it. The hosts were attentive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed spending four nights in this home.

My friends and I stayed at Pacos house for 8 days. The house is just like the pictures, it was about a 15 min walk to the centro. The home was clean and we enjoyed our time there. They do have a rooftop, however you can’t spend too much time up there since they don’t have good lighting and the furniture I not comfortable.

The property is very conveniently located, close to everything you need and with easy access to transportation, restaurants and shops, which made the stay quite convenient. The place in general is comfortable and has good potential; however, it lacks some maintenance and care details that could improve the experience. With a little more attention to those aspects, it would be an excellent option. Still, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate Paco's communication.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay and thoughtful attention We had a wonderful experience! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home — always attentive, kind, and quick to respond. Every detail showed great care and hospitality. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a good overall stay and would highly recommend the location. The house has nice character and charm as well and we felt cozy there. our group enjoyed hanging out in the living room and enjoying the space. There was a lot of early morning yardwork by the neighbors, so if you are a person who likes to sleep in you'll want ear plugs. The primary bathroom also wasn't very private to the neighbors (people able to look into, neighbors cameras pointed in direction). We also wish the rooftop had more furniture for our group to all enjoy the nice views and large space. We would stay here again as the positives outweighed the negative.

This is probably one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed at. Ro and Paco’s place felt luxurious yet homey with just the perfect touches. The house was spotless and the location was very peaceful yet an easy walk from all the main attractions of San Miguel. Highly recommended!
